general
• i accept commission requests through twitter dms ONLY
• if i am unable to reach you ( ie. closed dms ) your slot will be cancelled.
• if work is commercial please mention prior to the details of the request ( 60% ontop of the initial price )! This includes merchandise or rewards involving a paywall, if you are unsure please feel free to ask!
• i may decline a commission request if i feel i am unable to fulfill it.
• it is your responsibility to have found, read and agreed upon these terms when commissioning!
payment, refunds/cancellations
• paypal only.
• full payment will be made once the initial sketch has been approved.
• invoice will only be sent after an agreed price
( including additional fees ) has been made.
• cancellation can only be made prior to payment.
• once payment has been received refunds or chargebacks are not available.
• if you are not satisfied with the end product you may not issue a refund.
• if I have not finished your commission within 4 months after payment was received, you may ask for a full refund. I am deeply sorry if this is the case and thank you for your patience regardless! (differs for full illustration commissions)
turnaround (after payment)
• for icons turnaround time is maximum 3 weeks after the request has been made.
• illustrations commissions will take up to 4 months depending on the complexity!
• if rushing is required there is a fee included ( also depends on my schedule )
permission/use
• you may not trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form without my permission.
• please credit @lytellica whenever possible.
• it is your responsibility to save all the files shared via google drive.
• i can post the finished commission image ( lower resolution and with a watermark ) on any of my social media.
• i can use completed commission works as examples in my portfolio.
• if you would like your commission to remain private please do let me know!!
• none of my works or works I have contributed to may be used in blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, other forms of cryptocurrency or future inventions within a similar space.
